Having been involved with the convenience retailing industry for two decades, Carolyn has an outstanding knowledge of customer engagement, marketing, sustainability, and community outreach. She worked at NACS (National Association of Convenience Stores) and previously presented the industry podcast, ‘Convenience Matters’.

A master of event production and communications, Carolyn currently hosts the popular ‘Future of Convenience’ podcast, interviewing guests from all corners of the globe. She also maintains excellent working relationships with global retailers and industry clients.
